THE NEW SUPER FOOD
The Insect box farming company in Baltic States producing Tenebrio molitor larvae for human consumption. We grow them to support our research, our production level is what we call an pre-existing pilot farm. We constantly adjust temperature, climate, feed and insect housing during the growing cycles.
The larva of this insect is a sustainable source of protein and it is a beneficial food component that will not only increase the value of food products by supplementing them with protein that contains essential amino acids, but also with a broad spectrum of unsaturated fatty acids, fibers, vitamins and minerals.
